Dr. Olaf Scheer is one of Germany's most renowned consultants in the financial services sector. For many years, he was a member of the management board and a senior partner at zeb, advising clients in Germany and Europe at the executive levelon strategic direction, the further development of banks' management systems in a complex regulatory environment, and the associated transformation processes.
His career path combines consulting expertise with operational management experience: After positions at Bayerische Vereinsbank and Dresdner Bank, he assumed key leadership roles (C-1) at HypoVereinsbank, including in the German retail banking business and responsibility for the retail banking business and the group's expansion in Central and Eastern Europe.
