- Several banks – including a major bank, several regional banks, and an asset manager – faced increasing customer demand for digital assets coupled with growingregulatory requirements (such as MiCAR)
- Internally, vastly different levels of knowledge clashed – from the board and product management to sales, IT, operations, and back office
- Inconsistent terminology and fragmented knowledge hindered a shared strategic direction and made it difficult to establish organizations for seamless operational execution
- The challenge lay in creating a common language and a robust understanding – as a basis for management decisions and operational implementation
