Bullish receives German crypto licenses

Congratulations to Bullish on obtaining its German licenses for crypto custody, proprietary trading and principal brokerage!

The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) granted the licenses to Bullish DE Custody GmbH on 20 December 2024. With them, the global digital asset platform can serve institutional clients in Germany under one of the strictest regulatory regimes in Europe.

How we worked together

FinPlanet and YPOG worked closely together throughout the licensing process:

• YPOG led the application and represented Bullish vis-à-vis BaFin.
• FinPlanet acted as lead consulting partner and ensured the accurate and detailed preparation of the documentation required for the licensing process.
