AllUnity is the first regulated e-money token issuer in Germany in accordance with MiCAR. FinPlanet was responsible for the licence application and the implementation of a regulatory-compliant organisational and procedural structure. AllUnity received a licence as an e-money institution in accordance with ZAG in just nine months after submitting its licence application.

As the german largest service bank for asset managers, V-Bank added crypto custody services to its range of services in accordance with the German Banking Act (KWG). This required an application for a licence. Due to limited internal resources, FinPlanet supported in the creation and the adjustment of various internal documents and managed the new product process. V-Bank received a licence as only the second CRR credit institution in Germany. In addition, FinPlanet also supported successfully in the license's extention to the EU-wide MiCAR.

A major crypto exchange applied for a licence to trade and custody crypto assets in accordance with the German Banking Act (KWG). FinPlanet was brought into the project to respond to feedback from the supervisory authority. With the support of FinPlanet, the feedback could be implemented in a timely manner, resulting in a licence being granted within just a few weeks. In addition, FinPlanet also supported successfully in the license's extention to the EU-wide MiCAR.

21x is a young FinTech that operates a DLT-TSS in accordance with DLTR. FinPlanet was largely responsible for preparing the licence application and took over project management. 21x was the first company in the EU to receive a licence to operate a DLT-TSS.

SWIAT is a regulated crypto securities register operator under the German Securities Trading Act (eWpG). FinPlanet provided significant support to SWIAT during its application process, assisting with the development of internal guidelines and work instructions in various areas. SWIAT received its license in less than 12 months of application.

Cryptonow is a MiCAR-regulated crypto asset service provider in Austria. FinPlanet was solely responsible for preparing the DORA-relevant chapters of the license application as well as the corresponding internal documentation. Cryptonow received its license from the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) after just six months.
